1. Pay in full by Dec 31 and receive a $50 early bird discount for each registered session (excludes Yotair).
2. Charitable deduction – the ‘Help Others’ category qualifies for a $180 tax deduction and membership in our Medurah (Campfire) Society.
3. Special needs program – to better ensure success and appropriate service delivery, an intake interview is required. Please request an additional application form from our Camp Administrator.
Registration applications received after March 1, 2012 must be accompanied by full tuition payment. A late fee of $100 is added to all fees not paid in full by March 1, 2012, or within 15 days if registered after March 1, 2012.
3 Tier Fee Structure for 2012
We offer our families a unique fee structure designed to offer a rate that best fits your financial needs. Simply pick the level that feels most comfortable to you. For those that choose “Help Others” there is a tax deduction of $180 and you automatically qualify for membership in our Medurah (Campfire) Society.
Discounts
A 10% SIBLING DISCOUNT is applicable to each additional child enrolled. Please note – due built in heavy subsidies both our 11th or 12th grade programs are not eligible for this discount.

At Capital Camps, unlike other programs, our all inclusive approach means you will never be asked to make separate payments for ‘special items’.
All payments (excluding deposit) are fully refundable through January 1st.
