Capital Camps, a Glatt kosher facility, is proud to be under the supervision of Star-K Kashrut Supervision. We serve a child-friendly, family-style meal that is both appealing and nutritious. In fact, our menu is reviewed annually by a nutritionist. Staff and older campers bring food to the table, and staff/campers help serve and clear the table. Choices are always available including salad bars and vegetarian options. In order to be accommodating to everyone, our facility is nut-free. Other dietary needs can often be accommodated. To ensure children have enough ‘fuel to burn’ we also serve snacks during the day.
