Yotair mini camp program

Is your child ready for camp a little earlier than we typically allow? Well we have the answer - our ‘Yotair’ mini camp program for children entering 2nd or 3rd grade in fall ‘08. What better way to prepare a child for a lifetime of quality Jewish overnight camping then to give them a first time experience for 5 action packed, adventure-filled days.

Capital Camps will take care of all your child’s physical and emotional needs as we immerse them in a world of possibilities from arts & crafts, swimming and sports, to our low ropes course and canoeing on the lake. The camp experience is sure to be meaningful as camp opens their eyes and encourages them to explore the possibility of a longer session in the future.

Campers are housed in our gorgeous new facilities and have qualified caring staff working with them to fill their days with laughter. Senior staff works alongside our counselors to ensure camper’s needs are met as they transition from an overnight at a friend’s house to the world of summer camp.

To help in this transition, parents and campers will be invited to a pre-camp orientation event at the facility prior to the summer. Of course, space will be limited to maintain appropriate ratios and will be allocated strictly on a first-come first-served basis.

Dates: Monday, Aug 11 through Friday, Aug. 15 Fee: $500 (Yotair campers receive a $500 credit towards Summer ‘09 traditional camp programs - 4, 3 or 2 week sessions)
